His Spidey senses probably told him that poker was the way to go and boy were they right. Most famous for his role as Spiderman in the movie franchise, Tobey Maguire has placed money in several poker tournaments and has apparently won a whopping $10 million in Hollywood homegames. 

3. Jennifer Tilly 

Jennifer Tilly, girlfriend of poker pro Phil Laak and Oscar nominee, has won a WSOP bracelet from the Women's $1,000 no limit Holdem poker event 2005 and a victory in WPT Ladies Night III. 

4. Ben Affleck 

This famous actor seems to be equally famous at the poker table. He was the first celebrity to win a major open poker tournament when he won the California State Poker Championship Sunday, earning around $356,400. Apparently, poker pro Annie Duke is his teacher. 

5. Shannon Elizabeth 

This actress turned poker pro first caused a stir for her saucy role in American Pie. But since then she has been making waves in the poker arena as well. In 2007 she came fourth in the NBC National Heads up Championship, beating some of the best players in the world. 

6. Michael Greco 

This British actor is best known for his role in the long running soap East Enders. He is now a constant fixture in the poker world, and was mentored by 'Mad Marty Wilson’. He has made over $430,000 playing poker tournaments. 

7. Laura Prepon 

This former sitcom star is said to be obsessed with poker. She is the host of 'Hollywood Hold'em' on the E! Network and is a frequent player at big Hollywood home games and Bicycle casino in LA. 

8. Michel Phelps 

Swimmer extraordinaire, this Olympic competitor and gold medalist is as good at the poker table as he is in the water. He plays a lot online and his dream is to compete in the World Series of Poker. 

9. James Woods 

This renowned actor has been playing poker a lot in recent years, with mixed success. He has a contract with online poker room Hollywood Poker. 

10. Jason Alexander 

Jason is a dedicated poker player, but like James, has had mixed success. He participated in the WSOP main event in 2007, but was eliminated during the second day.
