Rogers Estate Coffees is a small quality-oriented company specialising in Gourmet Coffees. It was founded in 1979 by Jon Rogers, and his wife Barbara, in California.
They have been roasting coffee since 1983, and have developed a proprietary system that develops maximum flavor out of the coffee - a roasting system that is unique and dramatic.

Brewed coffee is over 98% water. Thus your cup of coffee depends heavily on your water quality. It is important to use fresh, cold water. If tap water in your area is not very good, use bottled water. Never use distilled or soft water. Never use hot water which has gone through your hot water heater.
