Social media, In accordance with the Abraham Maslow Need Hierarchy Theory has been found largely related to various external and internal factors of production in an organization so as to optimize the use of resources and profit generation. Cost Savings, Revenue Generation, Customer satisfaction, Employee satisfaction, Innovation culture and Organizational agility are the areas where marketers are applying the theory in one or the other way to lead their way to success.
I bet you agree with the fact that our writing skills have changed a lot since we started communicating on social media. Many new forms of otherwise long words and sentences have evolved which are actually not correct as per the language grammar but make sense in the internet world.The authenticity of the language, we write in, is completely ignored while making status updates and comments on Facebook, Twitter or other social networking sites. But it’s indigestible from a professional point of view while updating or blogging on corporate websites.

In case you don’t know what is ghost blogging, let me give you a brief idea – writing articles, blog posts, generating content for media publicity and selling them to other's to be published under a different name. Do you think it's ethical for the corporates to hire a blogger to write for them? Is it right to take the credibility of other person's work and do you agree with the fact that the absolute fundamental of business is to satisfy the customers?
