In case of regulatory scheme solicitor want to practice, they have to pay annual fee to get a practice certificate. This annual fee is paid to law society. For entry in solicitor's profession they are two graduate routes. First is that solicitor holding a law degree and second is that, those solicitor holding non law degree but which one is a "qualifying degree" must in addition completed a conversion course. When the legal practice course has been completed, they have to take apprenticeship known as training contract for two years.
