Trees are a very important part of any garden, be that a back garden at
home or the outside of a major office block. However, whilst some trees
may well be able to fulfil their potential as the perfect landscaping
additions on their own, others may need some gentle guidance.
Spotlight on BMP antibodies

The Bone Morphogenetic Proteins (BMPs) are a family of growth factors
belonging to the TGF beta superfamily. Originally named for their
ability to induce bone and cartilage growth, they are now known to play
a diverse number of roles throughout the body. The BMP antibody
database covers around 20 proteins discovered since the 1960s, though
it is thought more are waiting to be discovered.More than just a glycolytic enzyme - GADPH antibody research

GADPH is an important enzyme in glycolysis, catalyzing the reversible
oxidative phosphorylation of D-glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate to
3-phospho-D-glyceroyl phosphate. Highly conserved across species, GADPH
is known as a “housekeeping” gene, being stably expressed at high
levels throughout the body. GAPDH antibodies are widely used as loading
controls in Western blot assays, and for visualizing cells in
fluorescence microscopy.

ATP-binding cassette transporter A1, or ABCA1 is a transmembrane
protein expressed by the Golgi complex and plasma membrane, which
functions as a cholesterol efflux pump. Regulated by cholesterol flux,
it plays an important role in phospholipid homeostasis, regulating
cholesterol and lipid removal from the cell. ABCA1 antibody studies by
J.Wong et al have shown ABCA1transcription to be regulated by the
transcription factors SREBP-2 and LXR.

The hypoxia-inducible factors HIF-1 alpha and HIF-2 alpha are two
closely related transcription factors, which promote the expression of
proteins involved in the cellular response to hypoxia, or low cellular
oxygen. HIF antibodies are widely used to study hypoxia in relation to
human disease.

The GFP antibody targets the Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP), a highly
useful protein and epitope tag derived from the bioluminescent
jellyfish Aequorea Victoria, which was first cloned in 1994.GTP has
proven invaluable in molecular and cell biology research, as it can
demonstrate visible fluoresce in all living cells.
